What the client sees in the bot depends on how you set things up.
Name — short and clear
"Haircut" not "Cut with clippers + scissors + style".
Duration — realistic
Include cleanup time. Better 45 min over 30 than clients waiting in the hallway.
Price — fixed or range
For "400-800 UAH" set 400 and note "final price after consultation".
Languages
Service names can be localized in UA/RU/EN.
Active / inactive
Out of wax — toggle off, clients won’t see it. Toggle back on later.
Sort order
Most popular at top. Clients usually pick from the first three.
