How much does it cost?
From 400 UAH/mo. Details on /pricing. Quarterly/yearly discounts. One-time 1000 UAH onboarding.
Who pays for client acquisition?
No one. The bot lives in your Telegram. Clients hit /start after seeing your business card, QR on the door, your Instagram.
What about client data?
We store only what bookings need: chatId, name, phone (if shared). AES-256-GCM encryption for tokens. Wiped when your bot is decommissioned.
Can I have multiple bots?
Yes, schema supports it. Currently extra bots are added via the SatBot admin; "add bot" UI in the master cabinet is on the roadmap.
Does it work without client prepayment?
Yes, MVP works exactly like that. Prepay is an optional layer.
What if I get sick?
One click in the master cabinet → "Block day" → clients don’t see those slots. You can cancel existing bookings, clients get a DM.
Can clients cancel?
Yes. In "My bookings" they can cancel or reschedule.
What if I stop paying?
After 3 days (grace period) the bot enters "Temporarily unavailable". Data is preserved — pay again and it’s back.
